The MSN 70 is a semi-automatic rewinding machine developed for rewinding food-grade stretch film, industrial stretch film, and aluminum foil. Its adaptable structure for different product sizes helps to achieve regular, controlled, and precise rewinding processes.
The machine provides precise production at high speeds with a rewinding speed reaching 500 m/min and an encoder-assisted length control system. The PLC-controlled operating system continuously monitors the rewinding value achieved with the set length. Rewinding speed, product length, and production quantity can be easily managed via the touch control panel.
With automatic and manual cutting options, the MSN 70 flexibly responds to different production needs. Pneumatic pressure adjustment, an electronic voltage protection system, and a user-friendly control structure allow the operator to manage the production process safely and easily.
