Container airbag sizing and sealing machine. This machine was developed to accelerate and standardize the production processes of airbags used for load securing. It enables the cold-cutting of the plastic bag used inside the airbag to the desired dimensions and the secure sealing of the open ends using a hot-sealing system. It also allows for the precise cutting of the outer protective sack to the specified dimensions. Thanks to its PLC and touchscreen control, the size, quantity, cutting, and sealing parameters can be easily adjusted. The precise temperature control system maintains a constant sealing temperature, ensuring strong, leak-proof, and high-quality seals.
